Ioanic villa is a unique, designer-led luxury property located in green coast resort & Residences. The space comprises of 180m2 equally split between two floors. The first floor of the villa offers a full open plan layout which includes the Living Room, Dining area and Kitchen, along with a storage/laundry room and one full bathroom. The second Floor Includes two large double bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Outdoor spaces are found on both floors of the residence - a full green terrace on the first floor, as well as a very spacy balcony on the second floor - BOth offering impeccable sea views. An outdoor shower and a barbeque are also included in the garden, along with a dedicated free parking space on the back of the villa.

All amenities are provided in the residence in order to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include high speed Wifi, TV Streaming services such as netflix and amazon prime, alexa, as well as a marshall speaker. for any music enthusiast.
